Tracking Kindness
Let's see how much kindness we can spread this week! As you track your acts of kindness, you'll also be entered into our drawing for gift card prizes!
Select whichever way you prefer to help us track all of the kindness:
1. Post your acts of kindness on Instagram or Facebook and use #provokindness2023. Tag @provokindness in your post so we can share it with others and spread the joy that kindness brings!
2. Use the Goose Chase app to track kindness, earn points, and win prizes. How many points can you earn this week?!

2) Search for "Kindness" or hunt name Provo Kindness Week 2023
3) Register (you can play as individuals OR as families)
4) Get Ready for FUN!

What does it mean to be part of a community? Join us on Thursday, February 16 at 7 PM for a group discussion on how we can strengthen our community by building understanding through respect and conversation. We think you'll enjoy interacting with and learning from fellow community members!

Work on this throughout the week at your own pace. Complete one challenge in each category by the end of the week and fill out this form to receive your choice of a free Kindness Starts Here sticker, yard sign, or t-shirt (pick up at our Saturday event). You can also choose to design your own challenge for any category -- just be sure whatever you do is helping you step out of your comfort zone and grow in kindness!
